The location of the retreat accommodation is picturesque, with stunning views of the valley. Guests can enjoy sitting outside and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. the rooms are comfortable, with lovely windows, ensuite bathrooms, and air conditioning. the staff provides excellent service, welcoming guests with a bottle of wine and stocking the fridge with breakfast items. the cellar door offers a fantastic wine tasting experience, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who share the winery's history and provide informative tastings.
One staff member named Dave was not as friendly or prepared as the rest of the team, and this negatively impacted the overall experience.

The wine tasting experience was amazing. We loved the knowledgeable staff that offered both a cellar door and a seated tasting. the stunning views from the accommodation were a highlight, with breakfast in the fridge a welcome surprise. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. Seeing kangaroos from our room was a treat.
If the hotel chooses their staff more carefully, it could have been a perfect experience.
